Brickline Greenway
A part of the Great Rivers Greenway initiative, the Brickline Greenway will connect every corner of St. Louis City like never before. Imagine “a vibrant, open and welcoming network of paths and places that invite discovery and exploration while creating equitable opportunities for everyone to thrive.” With up to 20 miles of biking and walking paths connecting 17+ neighborhoods, the project plans to create a shared space for everyone to thrive.
With sections already completed at Cortex and CITYPark, biking is set to become the new way to traverse St. Louis. Soon, riding from Tower Grove to Fairground, the Arch Grounds to Forest Park, or anything in between will be smooth and seamless. See you soon on the trail!
The Marshall
A new housing option for SLU students will be arriving soon to Prospect Yards. With construction to begin shortly on Forest Park Avenue, the Marshall will be a state of the art student living community only steps away from campus, a variety of local amenities, and only a short trip to any part of the St. Louis.
Benefitting from close proximity to both City Foundry and the Armory, this top-of-the-line building will offer 508 total beds as well as two story townhouses on the top floor. “On-site resident amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, gaming lounge, collaborative and individual study lounges, café areas, expansive hot tub and fire pits.” Construction is expected to begin in 2023 and to be completed before the Fall 2025 semester.
City Foundry: Phase II

This mass-timber, 272-unit apartment building will be only steps away from Alamo Drafthouse, the City Foundry Food Hall, and a plethora of businesses. The groundbreaking building is “slated to become the region’s first mass timber structure, constructed entirely out of wood.” Keep your eye on this project set to complete construction in 2024.
